Curated Exhibitions: 2020s

Seeing Sound offers immersive encounters with sound as art to challenge the private quality of our contemporary sonic experience. The exhibition foregrounds artistic practices that deconstruct, rebuild, manipulate, and visualize audio experience through digital and analog means. Organized by Barbara London and produced by Independent Curators International (ICI), Seeing Sounds 2020-2024 tour is supported, in part, by Nokia Bell Labs Experiments in Art and Technology (E.A.T.) program and with the generous support of ICI’s Board of Trustees and International Forum, a traveling exhibition.
